That was a good question. Based on the chatting messages from the 1st floor, I’m going to guess that people in the tower will pretty much be streaming their fights live to the people outside the tower. I guess she stopped climbing after floor 91 and stayed on regular Earth, and the MC was the last one that didn’t give up and died in the tower. As the last one, Earth was taken by some alien/God beings, and somehow after that, the fmc got the wish to go back to the past with the help of the MC’s previous God contractor (Buddha?).
