I think “Darkness Assembly” doesn’t roll of the toungue as nicely. I would suggest to go with the mtl Version of this name, “Dark Council”. Imo sounds cooler and isn’t so awkward to read.
Or Dark Assembly. Darkness Assembly is kinda weird, as combining 2 nouns doesn’t sound that good. It’s like saying, the whiteness flower instead of the white flower.
what about the council of Darkness ?
Also good, separaten it like that makes it more elegant, imo

I can’t edit my comment, so it has to be done like this.
Here is why I think most suggestions (not in this comment chain) don’t make sense, taking the raws into consideration.
The Hanzi used, both in the raws of the manhua and the novel are 黑暗议会.
黑 (to be) black
暗 (to be) dark
议 (to) discuss
会 meeting
黑暗 dark
议会 parliament/council
Therefore Dark Council or Dark Parliament is more accurate.
Also as suggested by Chronos God Of Time & Space, I think separating it with “of / of the” sounds more elegant. Like Hell Fire or Fire of Hell. But that’s just preference, either way is fine, honestly.
